This cable is PVC insulated and sheathed, steel tape-armored control cable with solid copper conductor, which is used as power and connecting cables in mechanical engineering for tooling machinery, control unit, production lines, transportation equipment, conveyor and assembly lines as well as in plant construction.

Our product with model name KVV22 is an example of a control cable with Cu core, PVC insulation, PVC sheath, and steel tape armored. Other customized armored control cable is also available.

Armored Construction: Armored control cables are designed with an additional layer of armor, typically made of steel or aluminum, which provides enhanced mechanical protection. This armor protects the cable from external physical damage, such as impact, crushing, or abrasion.

High Flexibility: Depending on the specific application, armored control cables are available in various flexibility options. They can be designed with flexible conductors and jacket materials to allow for easy installation, routing, and movement in dynamic environments.

Chemical and Environmental Resistance: Armored control cables are typically manufactured using materials that offer resistance to chemicals, oils, sunlight, moisture, and other environmental factors. This ensures their durability and reliable performance, even in harsh operating conditions.

Wide Temperature Range: Armored control cables are designed to withstand a wide range of temperatures, allowing them to be used in both high-temperature and low-temperature environments. This versatility makes them suitable for various industries and applications.
