Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulated and sheathed cables are used in a wide variety of applications from fixed wiring to flexible installations and are available in a number of sizes, colours, and conductor materials.
Our product with model name KVVP is an example of control cable with Cu core, PVC insulation and sheath, copper wire braided shield. Braided shields are metal-braided fabrics that are specifically designed to reduce the effects of external electromagnetic fields on power or communication lines. Other customized PVC insulated and sheathed control cable is also available.
Durability: PVC insulation and sheath control cables are highly durable and can withstand exposure to harsh environmental conditions, chemicals, and mechanical stress.
Flexibility: PVC insulation and sheath control cables are highly flexible, making them easy to install and use in applications where space is limited or where cables need to be routed around obstacles.
Electrical performance: PVC insulation and sheath control cables provide excellent electrical performance, including low capacitance and high insulation resistance, which helps to ensure reliable signal transmission.
Fire resistance: PVC insulation and sheath control cables are inherently fire resistant and are capable of withstanding high temperatures without degrading or losing their insulation properties.
Chemical resistance: PVC insulation and sheath control cables are highly resistant to chemicals, making them ideal for use in applications where exposure to oils, solvents, and other harsh chemicals is common.
UV resistance: PVC insulation and sheath control cables are also highly resistant to UV radiation, which can help to prevent degradation and extend the lifespan of the cables.
Cost-effectiveness: PVC insulation and sheath control cables are a cost-effective solution for many industrial and commercial applications, providing reliable performance at a reasonable price.
