XLPE is a new type of environmentally friendly product with high-temperature resistance and environmental resistance. It is made of thermosetting plastic. The electrical properties of XLPE cables produced by Xinsen are as good as polyethylene, and the long-term working temperature is relatively higher than that of polyethylene. At the same time, the mechanical properties are better than PE, and the aging resistance is better. Often used in places with high environmental resistance requirements.
Our product with model name KYJVP is an example of a control cable with Cu core, XLPE insulation, PVC sheath, and copper wire braided shield. Other customized XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed control cable is also available.

A) non-armored cable layer shall be not less than 6 times the cable diameter;
B) with armor or copper-screened cable, not less than 12 times the cable diameter;
C) with a shield layer flexible cable, not less than 10 times the cable diameter.
XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed control cable has a very good property for resistant causticity of chemical solvent. It is used as a connecting wire of electrical equipment and instrument, transmitting wire of automatic control systems for rock oil, chemical, electric power, metallurgical, and so on. Use LSOH sheathed cables if low smoke halogen free properties are required.
This product is suitable for AC rated voltage 450/750V and below, as the control wiring between electrical equipment. It can monitor and protect the loop line and other occasions.
